What is rmc wet mix concrete batching plant

 Rmc wet mix concrete batching plant includes stationary type and mobile type, we named stationary concrete plant as HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60, HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180 and HZS240, among them, HZS60, HZS90, HZS120, HZS180 and HZS240 are belt conveyor type concrete batching plants, the others belong to skip hoist concrete batch plants; we name mobile type wet batch plant as YHZS25, YHZS35, YHZS50, YHZS75 and YHZS90. The configuration of mobile type concrete plant is the same as stationary concrete batching plants, the only difference is that it can move freely, it is indeed on a semi-trailer unit, therefore, it is easy to install, disassemble and move from one place to another.

Dry mix concrete batch plant is more suitable for these construction projects where requires large amounts of concrete and general quality of concrete. Such as: water resource, electric power, highway, harbor, bridge, airport, large precast products plant and commercial concrete plants. It is actually used to batch aggregate, and it has no mixing engine, all aggregates after PLD batching machine will be conveyed to storage silo, then discharge into concrete mixer truck. Concrete mixer truck will transport concrete to the construction site. Actually, it’s function is indeed a concrete batching machine.

The difference between Dry mix and wet batching plant is that Wet Mix plants contain a central mixer to produce a more consistent mixture within short mixing time. Dry mix plants typically see more break strength standard deviation and variation from load to load because of inconsistencies in mix times, truck blade and drum conditions, traffic conditions, etc. With a Central Mix plant, all loads see the same mixing action and there is an initial quality control point when discharging from the central mixer.
