1. Construction site

According to the size of construction site, tower concrete batching plant or concrete batching plant can be selected. The concrete mixing plant is selected, the aggregate is lifted once, the productivity of the cement mixer with the same capacity is higher than that of the concrete mixing station, the overall shape is neat and beautiful, the material yard occupies a small area, and the production environment is good, but the manufacturing and installation cycle is long, and the one-time investment cost is high. When concrete mixing station is selected, aggregates need to be lifted twice, flexible layout, short manufacturing and installation cycle, low one-time investment cost, but the material yard covers a large area and poor production environment.

2. Scale of production

The production capacity of belt type concrete batching plant is judged according to the scale of production. The annual output is less than 200,000 m3, the batching plant equipment productivity of concrete mix plant is not less than 90 m3/h, the annual output is 210,300,000 m3, the equipment productivity of belt type concrete batching plant is 120 m3/h, the annual output is more than 300,000 m3, and the equipment productivity of stationary concrete batching plant is generally 150 m3/h or 200 m3/h.

3. Accessory equipment

The specifications and working dimensions of concrete mixer are selected according to the equipments. The loading capacity of mixer truck of concrete mixer should be matched with the discharge capacity of mixer, and improper matching will affect work efficiency. The loading capacity of the loader should be matched with the feeding height of the batching station of the complete concrete batching plant.
