The correct operation of batch plant

5. Neatly operation record, record the warm-up time, tare and start time.

After the opening, check the operation of the motor to see whether it is normal, and the belt is deviation. Waiting for the gas pressure to reach above 0.5Mpa, we can start the production process.

If some emergencies are encountered in the production of concrete mixing plant, we should deal with them in time, if they can not deal with, we should report them in a timely manner. If the production interval is more than one hour, we should wash the tank and dry the tank. After the production of concrete mixing plant, the tank should be washed with water, clean up the site and maintain the machine.
