The annual output of 200,000 condensate mixing equipment is not less than 90 m3/h; the annual output of 210,300,000 condensate mixing equipment is generally 120 m3/h; and the annual output of 300,000 condensate mixing equipment is generally 150 m3/h.

(2) Construction site

According to the size of construction site, tower concrete batching plant or constationary concrete batching plant can be selected. The concrete mixing plant is selected, the aggregate is lifted once, the productivity of the mixer with the same capacity is higher than that of the mixing station, the overall shape is neat and beautiful, the material yard occupies a small area, and the production environment is good, but the manufacturing and installation cycle is long, and the one-time investment cost is high. When concrete mixing station is selected, aggregates need to be lifted twice, flexible layout, short manufacturing and installation cycle, low one-time investment cost, but the material yard covers a large area and poor production environment.

(3) Accessory equipment

The specifications and working dimensions of concrete mixer are selected according to the equipments. The loading capacity of mixer trucks should be matched with the discharge capacity of concrete mixer, and improper matching will affect work efficiency. The loading capacity of the loader should be matched with the feeding height of the batching station of the concrete mixing station.

(4) Management function

If intensive network management is adopted, the network management function of batch plant machine should be considered to avoid the difficulty of upgrading in the future.

It mainly considers the advancement, reliability, superiority and generality of the equipment. The equipment should have the characteristics of advanced working principle, high automation, powerful management function and good environmental protection performance.
