How to deal with the concrete solidification of cement mixer
Writer:Admin Time:18/09/30Concrete mixer manufacurer pointed out that there are many reasons why the concrete solidifies in the cement mixer. Apart from not cleaning in time, the main reason is that the engine of the concrete mixer can not work. Because there is no power input to the hydraulic press, the hydraulic press stops working, so that the loading tank can not rotate and the concrete solidifies in the concrete mixer machine.
Cement mixer is a construction equipment used very much in the construction, but in the work, concrete mixer often occurs in the phenomenon of concrete solidification in the mixer, once this situation occurs, it will affect the normal operation of concrete machine to a great extent. What shall you do?
Method 1: wind gun
If the concrete in the ready mix concrete has already solidified, it is suggested that the solidified concrete can be broken with a "wind gun" and then shoveled out bit by bit! Usually the lower part of the tank is cut open, and then a previously used screw-tightened cover is opened for ventilation and emergency discharge. People should keep ventilation in the tank. Typhoon fans should be placed at the entrance of the charging tank to let the air blow in. When the "wind gun" works, dust will come out and water pipes will be connected to wet broken concrete. After the concrete inside the tank is broken and shoveled out, the cutting part is welded, the upper part is sealed back, the water is filled and the rotation is normal. Then a small amount of loading is increased to see if the hydraulic press works properly, if everything is normal, it can continue to operate.
Method two: electric welding or gas cutting.
After concreting, its main components are two calcium silicate and three calcium silicate. Theoretically, hydrochloric acid can react with it to release its solid shape. It is difficult to control the amount of hydrochloric acid because of the small inlet of the concrete mix and the reaction between hydrochloric acid and the mixer tank. Once this happens in practice, it is often necessary to cut the tank by electric welding or gas cutting, and then break the solidified concrete mechanically.
