Forced Concrete Mixer
Writer:Admin Time:22/03/15The material in forced concrete mixer is stirred by the rotating blade forcing the stirring shaft to drive the blade to shear, squeeze and turn over the material. Features of forced concrete mixers are good mixing quality, high efficiency and low energy consumption, they are suitable for dry hard, plastic concrete, light aggregate concrete, mortar, silicate and other materials. In the structural design, in addition to using the mature blade, lining material, shaft end seal and water supply system in the industry, the transmission adopts the standard cylindrical gear reducer, which has strong versatility. The blade adopts a 45° angle, which is conducive to the separation and cutting of the mixture to improve the stirring quality. The blade can be replaced after wear.
Compared with the traditional drum mixer, this type of forced concrete mixer adopts the method that the motor drives the stirring arm to stir the mixture in the drum, which has high production efficiency and good stirring effect. The core parts and equipment are all selected high-quality components, and the sealing technology of the main engine adopts multiple seals, one is to prevent the leakage of slurry, and the other is that the dust is not easy to leak out and pollute the environment. The models of forced type concrete mixer are JS series like JS500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000 and so on. The productivity of JS concrete mixer forced type are from 25m3/h to 240m3/h, which cover the needs of engineering projects for small to large.
The forced concrete mixer has a series of performance advantages such as uniform stirring, compact structure, beautiful appearance, stable operation, simple operation and short cycle time. In addition, the forced type concrete mixer is widely used. In addition to stand-alone operation, it can also be combined with the PLD concrete batching unit to form a concrete mixing station.
