The engineering concrete batching plant are mainly HZS60, HZS75, HZS90; commercial concrete mixing plant are mainly HZS90, HZS120, HZS180, HZS240, and 2HZS90, 2HZS120, 2HZS180, 2HZS240; simple concrete batching plant are HZS25, HZS35, HZS50 etc.

Difference and connection for concrete batching plants with different models

The same point: whether it is large or small type concrete batching plants, concrete mixing station equipment are used in PLD series concrete batching machine for concrete batching machine ,this type is the most suitable system forced type concrete mixer, and forced concrete mixer is a necessary equipment for concrete plant.

Different points:

1. the configuration characteristics are different. There are two different types of configuration of small concrete batching plant, it is a simple type of centralized control system of concrete batching plants, the other is the standard type of automatic control system of the concrete mixing plant; large size concrete batching plant is the standard type of automatic control system of batching plant.

2. the type and number of mixing machines are different. Small and large concrete batching plant mixing console generally adopts JS series twin shaft compulsory concrete mixer (some will use JDC series concrete mixer). The concrete mixer plant of different sizes is only different from the main mixer when the concrete mixer is used.
