1. Electronic weighing debugging
According to the range of electronic measurement, weight is added to check (20% 40% 60% 80% 100%) and the accuracy is adjusted by adjusting the resistance.
(1) Aggregate:
The range is 0-2500kg, and the error is equal to or less than (+2%).
(2) Water and admixtures:
The range is 0-400KG 1-100KG, and the error is equal to or less than (+1%).
2. Gas system
Add 10# mechanical oil in the oil mist, start the air compressor, regulate the pressure relief valve, keep the system pressure at 0.5-0.8 Mpa, check whether the gas pipelines are oil leakage.
3. Aggregate Supply System
When the hopper has no material, the concrete batching machine opens and closes the belt conveyor several times to observe the phenomenon of no-running deviation of the conveyor belt; lifts and drops the hopper several times without load to observe whether the hopper has deviation and track jamming during operation, whether the hopper opens and runs normally or not, and whether the hopper can move in normal position with each limit. If abnormal phenomena are found in any of the above areas, adjustments should be made.
After qualified adjustment, the machine should be loaded according to 50%, 75% and 110% of the full load of the actual working condition.
4. Cement Supply System
At the beginning, the cement silo door should be closed to observe whether the rotating direction of the screw machine is in accordance with the direction indicated, whether the screw blade rubs against the cylinder wall, and whether the vibration of the screw conveyor during operation has an impact on the batching metering system. Check whether the gap between the batching door and the frame is within the range of 5-10 mm, and check whether the opening and closing of each batching door is flexible.
5. Mixing System
Start the concrete mixer, whether the pumping is effective or not, whether there is any abnormal noise in operation. Observe whether the rotation direction is consistent with the indicated direction. Open and close the unloading door several times to observe whether the action of the cylinder is flexible.
6. Water supply system
Check whether there is any debris in the water tank, open the trailer concrete pump, see whether the direction of rotation of the pump motor is consistent with the direction indicated, whether the waterway is leaking, whether the action of starting disc valve is sensitive, and whether the valve leaks when it closes.
6. Admixture supply system
Whether the direction of operation of the admixture pump is consistent with the direction indicated, and whether there is leakage in the pipeline.
7. Debugging of Electrical System
(1) Debugging of Intensive Electricity Part
Close the switch in the electrical box and observe whether the electrical system has abnormal phenomena, such as abnormal noise, smoke, sparks or odor.
(2) Microcomputer partial debugging
Firstly, SA3 is selected to the automatic position. At this time, there are two working modes: manual automation.
Manual: Turn on the microprocessor power supply, put the working condition in "manual" and the state in "real weight", corresponding to each serial number function, every time the test key is pressed, the side corresponding to the breaker suction, and then press release again.
Automation: Use function keys to input one or more batching values according to the need, and then enter the drop value. After the input is completed, the serial number is indicated as a set of ratios to be executed, and the working condition is indicated as automatic. Press the following startup key to run the indicator light, and observe whether the pre-set numerical ingredients are used.
8. No-load debugging
After the debugging of each unit system is completed, the test run should be carried out under no-load condition. After the microprocessor is electrified, the control and selection switch is first rotated to the "automatic" position. The input value of each metering material is zero. After the microprocessor is started, the working process of the whole equipment should be observed and the requirements of the working sequence should be met.
9. Load debugging
After the cement batching plant no-load test, 50% 75% 110% of the full load is loaded several times according to the working conditions to check whether the work is normal.
