 The construction management measures of HZS180 concrete batching plant:

Main facilities of HZS180 concrete batching plant: double concrete mixers with 180 m3/h production power are installed in the station; each concrete mixer machine is equipped with three cement tanks and two fly ash tanks. There are 10 sand and gravel silos in the concrete mixing station which can store 8,000 m3 gravel and 4,000 m3 sand. Storage silos, batching machines, conveyor belts and main machines of concrete batching plants are all closed systems to meet construction conditions. There are 2 wheel loaders and 15 concrete mixer trucks in the concrete mixing station. One transformer with power of 800 KVA, one 150t ground pound and two parking lots with an area of 300 m2. The main production and living houses in the station are constructed with environmental-friendly sky-blue stainless steel sheets, each with an area of 3.64 m x 5.46 M. The wall of the concrete mixing plant is made of concrete with a width of 0.5m and a height of 2.5m. The ground inside the station is hardened with C30 concrete. There is a drainage ditch in the station. The drainage gradient of the floor of the mixing station is 1.5%, and the water used in the station is obtained by mechanical well drilling. There are five sedimentation tanks and sewage treatment tanks in the stationary concrete batching plant.

Safety Production System of stationary concrete batching plant:

1. Entering the construction cement batching plant site, safety production rules and regulations must be observed.

2. When entering the scene, you must wear a safety helmet, buckle your hat belt and use personal labor protection articles correctly.

3. Women mechanics workers must wear pressure hair protective caps. No children are allowed to enter the construction site.

4. No barefoot, no hard soles, high heels, bellbottoms and drunk work.

5. Safety belts must be fastened in high-altitude operations. High-hanging and low-using safety belts are strictly prohibited. Leather shoes or nailed slippery shoes are strictly prohibited in high-altitude operations.

6. Non-operators shall not enter dangerous construction areas.

7. It is strictly forbidden to throw materials, tools, bricks, stones and construction waste from high altitude.

8. The erection of wires must conform to the Regulations, and the electrical equipment must have protective zero-connection devices.

9. There should be warning signs in dangerous areas of construction site and lighting warnings at night.

10. Safety devices of mechanical batching plant equipment are complete and effective. Handheld electric tools must have leakage protectors.

11. Insist on holding certificates for special types of work, experience, train and assess special types of work according to regulations, and sign and issue certificates for industry qualification; all workers who have not been trained are not allowed to work on their posts.

12. No mechanical equipment is allowed to work with illness.

13. For projects adopting new technologies and special structures, the operation methods and safety education must be carried out first in order to be able to operate on duty.
