HZS35 semi automatic concrete batching plant
Writer:Admin Time:20/08/12As a kind of mini concrete plant, hzs35 concrete batching plant is generally equipped with a semi-automatic mixing system. The main difference between fully automatic and semi-automatic concrete mixing plants is the control system, and the other equipment is basically the same. Both include storage, conveying, weighing, mixing and control systems, and the work flows are also very similar, divided into four parts: sand and gravel feeding, powder (cement, fly ash, expansion agent, etc.) feeding, water and admixture feeding, transmission, mixing and storage Specifically, the material (mainly stones of various sizes) is introduced into the batching machine with a loader for classification and weighing. The weighed sand and gravel are sent to the mixer by the belt conveyor. At the same time, the powder in the powder silo is weighed and enters the mixer through the screw conveyor. Water and admixtures are also weighed first, and then pumped into the mixer. So far, all kinds of raw materials are ready. The mixer starts to work. After the mixing is completed, the unloading door is opened, and the precast concrete falls into the waiting concrete truck (usually a concrete mixer).
So, what is the difference between a semi automatic concrete batching plant and a fully automatic concrete batching plant? To put it simply, it is fully automatic that you set up the program on the computer in advance, and then watch the mixing station complete the work process step by step; semi-automatic requires you to press buttons step by step to operate, for example, when the concrete is working to loading, just click Press the button for loading, then the materials will be automatically transported to the weighing hopper. When you need to unload, click the unloading button, and the materials will be automatically discharged into the mixer. The biggest difference between it and fully automatic is that it requires more operators. The advantage is that the cost is low, that is, it is cheaper when you buy it. The disadvantage is that the labor cost is high, that is, it is more expensive for you to use it.
Except for 35 concrete mixing stations, almost all batching plants can be equipped with semi-automatic systems, including hzs25, hzs50, hzs60, hzs75, hzs90 and even hzs120 and hzs180. However, in terms of the degree of use, commercial concrete mixing plants above 90m3 are generally not recommended to adopt semi-automatic systems, because the efficiency of the automatic mixing station is significantly higher, and it can better meet the needs of commercial mixing stations to pursue production efficiency.
