Modular concrete mixing plant has two feeding methods. One is hopper type, it is used for lower than 50m3 per hour output production. The other is belt type, it is often used for higher than 60m3 per hour output production. We can also do the HZS series stationary concrete batching plant as customer’s requirement.

Application of modular concrete mixing plant :

 HZS series ready mix concrete  plant is composed of material supplly and measuring system, agitating system, electrical control system and pneumatic control system, etc. It can be applied to all kinds of prefabricated-component factories as well as industries and Civil Constructions. Equipped with auto control devices and sensors, HZS series concrete batching plant has achieved automatic correction function and memory function to process materials with quantitative, batching, control, and self-compensation.
